Peace of mind is knowing your house can be a home for years to come.
You’ve heard the term, “Buyer beware.” Most people will tell you an inspection is an optional step. We believe a proper inspection is critical to knowing if the home you are purchasing is right for you.
We inspect all safety, structure and mechanical components within the home. We evaluate, test and/or operate these components to verify proper operation and/or installation.
We thoroughly inspect the exterior, interior, roof systems, heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, foundations, and framing systems, making detailed notes on the condition and operation of the components evaluated.
Upon completion, a report is distributed to you along with photographs to accompany any remarks and comments within your report.
